A real personal / private user area
I think that an app can't be like a site, it can't just have the same content for everyone or for some groups of users. It has to be personal. It must allow the user to have unique things for him.
It would be a good thing to add the ability to dedicate specific features, sections and pages to each user. Allow the user greater customization of the app. And add basic features such as creating a To Do List, or Shopping Lists, or uploading personal images (visible only to him), personal note, personal calendar, or (in my specific case) allowing the app administrator to upload specific content for that user like a Fidelity-Card (something like Ikea Family Card or Shopping Card or Lidl Plus Card).

Especially if we could give them access to files that only they could see, that could be a huge game changer and provide greater pull to the app
