Accept data protection declaration in forms

Add a point “Accept data protection declaration” to the forms, whereby the word data protection declaration is linked to this in the app. This is an important point in data protection. Currently no texts can be linked separately. By the way: The formatting of links in the text section of forms is incorrect on all platforms (not stored).
