Add Banner Ads in Plugins To Motivate Ad Removal Subscriptions

We need the ability to have banner ads at the bottom of plugins, with the new ability for subscribers to remove ads. Subscribers are the way of the future, and this would indirectly promote subscriptions. Plugins are great, you can add anything. There's already forum plugins, weather plugins, and much more. This would motivate people to develop more plugins too.
