Add User Reviews to Map Locations...

Allow users to leave a star rating and a review for Map Locations. I know we can currently leave comments on Map Locations and that's how we currently leave reviews for locations but a full review style option would be much better. Similar to how Google has it for example. Current comments method kind of gets lost since they're kind of easy to overlook as a visitor.
