Additional Thumbnail Size for YouTube Videos

Right now if I add a YouTube feed to the home page, the thumbnails are more square instead of rectangular. There is currently no option to make the images wider and fit the entire thumbnail that comes from YouTube. It was suggested by GB to go back and edit every thumbnail in YouTube, but this client has over 1500 videos, and they are unhappy about this lack of customization. Can there be an option for a wider thumbnail on the home page? This currently exists on the vertical list of videos in the YouTube extension.
