Advanced reseller program
If GoodBarber were offering on the official website a Reseller-partner listing (with geofilter option and also with 5stars-rating possibility, preferrably) showing reseller partners in order to completely setup native Apps for users and / or webApps by GoodBarber (for an extra listing fee to pay by resellers maybe), it were better than on external NoCode plattforms, because there many other technologies other than GoodBarber are listed too. This competition in noCode plattforms there seems to result in a loss of users to other plattforms and in a loss of customers for Reseller app building agencies.
By having such a service directly on GoodBarber, a Reseller can easier get leads and more users use reseller instead of trying themselfes and flooding GoodBarber's support team with avoidable "beginners" messages which easily could be answered instead by experienced resellers too. A win-win-win for GoodBarber and the Resellers and for the users who want to use the Service of GoodBarber without learning the capabilities of the system themselves.
This could be also - as an addition - be offered (for new persons interested in GoodBarber) as a CSM-Provider-Platform which assigns customer success managers (the resellers) to extended support needs of new GoodBarber users. This could be offered on hourly basis, with a reseller rating system and with GoodBarber in the middle as a service provider platform, which takes a certain percentage as a fee for this service from the reseller.
