Hi Jp, half of this is ready! Quick skip navigation is live: the new Podcast player layout replaces previous and next track with Rewind and Forward buttons. You choose it per section, in the Detail view of your podcast section, and set the jump values from 10 to 60 seconds. It works on iOS, Android and PWA, so rebuild your app as usual to get it. Playback speed control is a separate piece of work still in progress, and we'll update this post the moment it ships. Thanks for the suggestion!
That’s great news, thank you! We’re eagerly awaiting the playback speed control, as it’s the number-one feature our users have been requesting.

Yes, please. This feature is so necessary for the times we live in. So many other apps has already added this feature. Hope to see it soon on this app also.

Yes Please, this would be great.
Yes please!!! This is an amazing feature on my other apps. Please add this to make this app even greater. Thanks
We would love to see the playback speed to be adjusted
Yes, going up to 2X speed listening would be best. Skip forward 30sec and backward 15sec would also be very handy.
Yes! I agree with this!
Yes please. I believe this should be the stanrdard
This would be great! Dragging around a progress bar to find something in a 3-hour podcast is really inefficient
Agreed. This is definitely required. Having a 2 hour podcast that you are trying to skip back 5 minutes on a smartphone is un-useable without these...
Hi Jp, We said we would come back the moment playback speed shipped, so here it is. Both halves of your request are now live. Speed: the Podcast player adds a speed button with six presets, 0.8x, 1x, 1.2x, 1.5x, 1.8x and 2x, and a fine tuning row that moves the value by 0.1 per press. The full range is 0.5x to 3x. No Save button, the speed applies the moment it is picked and stays written on the button. Skip: as covered in our earlier reply, previous and next track give way to skip back and skip forward inside the episode, with the interval you set in the Skip intervals block, from 10 to 60 seconds. Both work on iOS, Android and the PWA. Long church services are exactly the case this was built for, and the third control the Podcast player brings, a sleep timer, is worth a look for the same reason. That one is native, so it runs on iOS and Android but not on the PWA. Everything is here, control by control: https://www.goodbarber.com/blog/podcast-player-the-controls-… Rebuild and publish your apps for your listeners to get it. Thanks for the detail in the original request, the two examples you gave are what made it easy to act on.
