Hi Stadtpfade, this one is already done for you. Add a "Create with AI" section, open the Prompt Library and pick Make a todo list: users add tasks, tick them off to Done, delete them, and see their progress. It is per user and stays on their device. If you want the tasks pre-filled rather than user-created, just say so to the assistant and it will adapt the section.

I need this too ! It would be perfect if they could add some items (I want to use it as a groceries list for the meal plan of the week that i will write, it would be perfect if they could add some things they need too).

We've had several clients ask for this feature to create personal checklists within an account they log into, whether it's crossing off workouts or a series of prerequisites. Not a fillable form, just for user use.
