Collect name after subscription

Hi friends When users make a paid subscription they have an optional create profile box. I would love to have a option to add a name field to collect a name. I use Zapier to send users e-mail to my CMS to start a onboarding mail flow and I can only collect users e-mail because there's no name field. I would love to call users by their name in my mails. If users update their info on the profile page and here add a name - then I have no possibility to collect this info to my CMS. Thank you in advance Jannik

Hi Jannik, Unfortunately it's forbidden by the stores. Apple wants the users to be free to pay for a subscription without giving their name and data.

Hi Christophe. I know that. That’s why it should be optional like it is optional to make a profile after subscription with collection an email. So please consider this again. Best Jannik
