Conditional Logic fields in Forms

If the user chooses a selection, in a selection menu (form field) fields should be shown based on that choice. You will not see those fields if the user does not make that choice or makes a different choice. This way you can have specific fields appear per choice. This function is mostfull used by websites. See attachment.

You can use some of our extensions: https://www.goodbarber.com/extensions/search/form/ Jotform, Typeform or Airtable will allow you to set easily some dynamic fields in your form section.
