Double opt-in to send forms (to verify the sender)

Forms in GB will be sent by email to an app-publisher. But imagine some users could fill in wrong email-adresses (i.e. from other persons)? - To avoid misuse of forms, it could be great to have a kind of "double-opt-in" to verify the email-adresses. This is also relevant in Europe (data protection laws / GDPR).. Otherwise we as app-publishers can not be sure, who has filled out and sent a form.. everyone could use the email-adress of someone else..
