Enable shadow effect on custom code sections/ widgets

Hi James, thanks for the suggestion! Good news: since these are custom code sections and widgets, you can already add a shadow yourself directly in your CSS, using the box-shadow property. And it's actually more powerful than our built-in toggle, you're not limited to a single preset shadow. You can craft exactly the effect you want, layered, colored, inset, as advanced as you like. Full freedom, right now.
