Faves - Customize "Removed from favorites" Colors
Hello,
we are now using the Condensed template for Faves together with the filter and sorting options, and we really like how clean and polished it looks overall.
There is just one visual detail we would love to be able to customize:
When a user removes something from Faves, a black confirmation bar appears at the bottom saying “Removed from favorites” with an Undo button.
We feel this black bar does not really fit the visual language of our app, and at the moment it does not seem to be configurable with our own brand colors.
Would it be possible to make the colors of this confirmation bar customizable, so we could use our own RWYA DAILY brand colors instead?
That would help the Faves experience feel much more consistent with the rest of the app.
Thanks and best wishes,
Alex

Hi Alex, Thanks for the kind words about Faves! Good news: you can already customize this bar today, through the JSON settings of your Favorites section. It takes a few minutes of setup: you recreate the bar's settings object (called "toast") in your section once, then you can give it any values you like. 1. Go to My App > Structure, open your Favorites section and click the "Edition" button. 2. Add a "toast" object and recreate the structure below inside it, replacing the colors with your RWYA DAILY colors. 3. Click Save at the bottom of the page, then go to Publish > Update to apply the change to your app. { "background": { "color": "#121212" }, "border": { "color": "transparent", "size": "0" }, "label": { "color": "#FFFFFF" }, "shadow": { "color": "#000000", "enabled": "1", "position": "external", "type": "level1" }, "shape": { "type": "rounded" }, "undoButton": { "background": { "color": "#4D4D4D" }, "border": { "color": "transparent", "size": "0" }, "shadow": { "enabled": "0" }, "shape": { "type": "rounded" }, "size": "small", "title": "", "titleFont": { "color": "#FFFFFF", "desktopSize": "14", "size": "14", "tabletSize": "14" } }, "undoButtonEnabled": "1" } "background" is the bar itself, "label" is the "Removed from favorites" text, and "undoButton" is the Undo button. Set "undoButtonEnabled" to "0" if you'd rather hide the Undo button. Best wishes
