Fix Apple Geotargeted Push Notification Problem

For a while now, Apple users have been saying they aren’t receiving geotargeted notifications. The reason for that is because GoodBarber needs to implement the call that requests the user change their location permission from “While Using the App” to “Always” directly after the user hits “While Using the App”.
