Gb should "force" the registration of new users for in-app purchases in order to have a truthful history of subscribers with related contacts in the back office.

You can't force users to register to the app once they've subscribed, it is against Apple's guidelines, Apple would reject your app if you did so.
That's why you can leave the option to create an account optional or suggest it, but you can't force your users to create an account as an extra step once they've subscribed via their store account.
