"Forgot your password" customization

It would be great if we could customize the action that's triggered when a user clicks on the Forgot your password, in the login page. Right now, it sends a reset email with a new password, but it'd be nice to either be able to customize the email sent or instead of sending an email, to redirect the user to a web page.
