Forms: Add an autoresponder option
Forms need the option to fill in an "autoresponder section" to send the user who submits the form additional details of confirmation the form was received and provide additional information such as instructions, links, and prefilled data such as {fname} {email}, etc captured from the form to personalize the email sent to them.
