GoodBarber API Add Support for Location

Hello, While the many features Goodbarber offers are great, you cannot send location-based push notifications based on an external data source. You cannot send push notifications based on the output of a third party API at all. It would be excellent if Goodbarber added the ability to retrieve the user's location every hour, and give us the ability to implement code that uses that location to send push notifications based on API outputs. For example, I make weather apps for some of the largest independent sources. But I cannot send automatic weather alerts because Goodbarber doesn't offer what I need.
