Heights of HTML widgets set in "%" instead of "px"

The heights of HTML widgets only can be set in "pixels" at the moment. This has bad effects: If users have different mobile phones/display sizes, the HTML widgets can have a wrong position, because they dont adapt automatically to the different display sizes. The HTML widgets are not responsive enough at the moment. Thererefore, the settings of the HTML-widgets heights should be made in "percentage" (%) instead of a fixed value of "pixels"...

I need this as well. Without it we're forced to have code blocks be the same size across all screen sizes and desktop + mobile which makes design 100x harder.
