Hire More Employees
I debated posting this but I will.
I've been with Goodbarber for 7 years, and what has become the obvious reason for why our requested features haven't been implemented is because of lack of employees. Too few programmers. Too few support agents.
It's that simple. If you check the list of features that have been completed, it's simple changes that could be all done in a single week. But it's been many months.
