Homepage Floating Button (Lower Right Corner)
I would like the ability to make Chat, External Link or any other Call-to-action feature to be displayed as a floating button by adding a widget to the homepage.

You may be able to achieve this by adding the code to the header of the app instead and using an external widget

Dan R: I tried but for some reason it doesn't work properly. I must not have the right code. I could only get it on PWA, not native versions.
Good news Mike, this is live! You can now add a global Floating Button to your app from the Structure panel in the back office. It stays visible across the app and you choose where it points: a chat, an external link, a section, any call-to-action. You can set its label, icon, and position (bottom left, center, or right), and hide it on the pages where you don't want it.
