Improvement Request – Multiple Email Recipients for Comment Notifications
Hello,
I would like to suggest an improvement regarding the comment notification system in the back office.
Currently, the “Notification email” field only allows a single email address. This is quite limiting, especially for teams managing apps collectively. In many organizations, several people need to receive comment notifications (communication manager, moderator, support team, etc.).
Even when trying to separate multiple emails with commas, the system does not properly support it.
It would be very helpful to:
Allow multiple email addresses in the notification field (comma-separated or semicolon-separated), or
Provide a dedicated multi-recipient input system, or
Add a distribution list option.
This small improvement would significantly enhance team workflow and moderation efficiency.
