Live+ Audio Plugin upgrade: Wakeup function

At the moment there is a sleep timer for this plugin already. Additionally, the possibility for a user of being woken up with the live stream in the app starting automatically and re-opening the app from the background, were just awesome! Many radio station app owners surely will love it for their listeners!
