Localized content

If there was a way to add a geotag to content so that the most relevant is served based upon their location. And if there was better linking between the content pieces would be great. Example: When a person travels to a new city they'll only see the content that is relevant to that city. And then if there are coupons that could be linked to a business or an event that is happening in that city then it would be a complete localized presentation.
