Manually Reward Loyalty Points to users without them having to scan QR Code

It would be nice to be able to manually (from the back end) give my app users loyalty points before they have made their first QR code scan physically. Right now the loyalty program only allows for me to do so only after they have made their first scan. I want to be able to give loyalty points to app users who are unable to scan the QR Code.

This feature is greatly needed and will enhance the usability of this feature. Also the ability to reward club card points as gifts

We also need to be able to manually award loyalty points from the very first point in the back office. The user shouldn't be able to award points on his own, because everything is done remotely, and the qr code isn't secure and unique enough, and it's not practical to have to scan it if you only have one device. When will we be able to assign the first point from the back office? thank you.

Agreed, especially for businesses that do not have brick & mortar locations to actually use a QR code.
