Membership Card
An adaptation of the Club card to allow for club memberships (eg: sport etc) with a barcode containing members information (name, email, phone number) that can be scanned by the club to confirm attendance, provide discount or even entry into the club itself. Members would be added by the club (no loyalty cards necessary).
