I've installed the extension but I haven't finished building the flow and don't want this to be available to users yet when I apply other updates to my app.

Lesia Pietri: over 50% of paid subscribers subscribe on first launch of an app during a walkthrough like this! PLEASE add the ability to add a button that links to an app page. We’re talking about the difference in thousands of dollars in revenue with this one tiny addition.

Lesia Pietri: that’s exactly what I’m requesting. This is a very popular feature among successful paywall apps. Show the paywall once at first launch of the app after downloading, then show the paywall every 5 launches after that.

Lesia Pietri: Lots of examples! Mostly being able to lead straight to a piece of gated content to encourage subscription sales. Or updating that link regularly so it goes to the latest news article or recipe or workout video. Or taking someone to a booking page for a service.

SC Hello, ok but like the use case explained by Joshua above, we're not talking about the same functionality here. The purpose of the walkthrough is to onboard your users, which is why it's only displayed at first launch. You're talking more about internal advertising (which already exists https://www.goodbarber.com/extensions/internal-ad-server/) or an enhancement to paywal's behavior (https://goodbarber.canny.io/ideas/p/promote-paywall-on-first…). Lesia Pietri: it doesn't appear for me, I've already created several apps and added the first steps extension, but when accessing the pwa app for the first time it doesn't appear, the native app appears normally. Could you provide the link to a pwa app that appears when you first access it?

Roger Gomes: Hello, here the behavior of the feature, the Walkthrough is only displayed the first time you visit the PWA or open the app. Even if you rebuild your project and update it, if you already navigated in the app you won't see it. To see it in the PWA outside the back office preview I advise you to open it via a private browser tab.
