Promote Paywall On First Launch & Following Launches

Nearly all successful paywall apps show their paywall on first ever launch immediately after the user first downloads the app, which is when conversion rate is highest. I'd like to be able to do this, and then show the paywall during one in every 5 or 10 launches afterwards. So for every five times the user launches the app, they see the paywall once in place of a full page ad placement on launch.
