Scheduled Notifications Opt-In

Ability to opt in for push notifications from scheduled notifications instead of opt out. Ability for users to select which scheduled notifications they want, instead of automatically being opted in for all when they sign up. And/or ability when a new user signs up to automatically be taken to the push notifications setting page to select what they want.
