Send coupons to different user groups

I really needed this functionality today... my client runs a large music festival and wants to send different coupons for food, drinks and festival clothes etc. to the different volunteer groups helping out at his event. Would have been so cool to be able to add volunteer login and all coupons available in each volunteer's profile.
