Text Widget for Home Page

Offering a text Widget for the home page. The idea is to be able to add blocks text just like in the text section in the blog section instead of using the HTML widget to add text. And have the text adjust to the different screen sizes.

It would be a much better option than the html widget. To do this, you could take the part of the header that is a section that is inserted in the home page, leaving the customization possibilities it offers
